There is no commitment with Book and Hold, just the guarantee of the flights and car reservations for up to 24 hours. The reservation is held in the traveler's name, with price determined at the time of actual booking. Hotels can be booked and cancelled with no penalty up until the day of arrival (may vary by hotel). The Book and Hold option appears during booking when you review and confirm your itinerary.

TripSync's CC Itinerary feature allows you to route a copy of your itinerary to anyone with an email address. You can let your family or co-workers know about your travel plans. You can even establish a Trip Approver for your travel (such as a company administrator or supervisor), by entering their name and email address into the "Assistant" fields in the "Contact Info" section of Preferences. You invoke CC Itinerary when you review your itinerary, either in the booking process or when reviewing already-booked trips.

An ' Extras' button in the TripSync software provides access to information about airport delays, current weather, departures and arrivals, flight status, security wait times and airport information available whenever you need it.

Busy travellers can easily use TripSync to manage multiple trips and itineraries. Keep track of your trips, by giving each one an easy-to-remember name. One simply clicks on the "Add Trip" button or on any already named trip. When the trip is booked, one is able to refer to it by name.
