Med National Staffing Selects Clearview to Provide Recruiting and Staffing Software for Per Diem and Travel Nurse Staffing Business

Med National Staffing will use Clearview Staffing Software products for the healthcare staffing company's recruiting and staffing operations.

"We are hoping Clearview's products will help us be more organized with our data," said Deb Scarlette, Managing Director of Med National Staffing.

Med National Staffing is based in Michigan, but places nurses both locally and nation-wide. Because of this, the company needed a solution that could be used for both Per Diem and Travel Nurse staffing.

"Med National will use TSS as well as RSS," said Mike Wejrowski, Clearview's Vice President of Sales. Clearview TSS is a web-based staffing software solution created exclusively for the medical staffing industry. With TSS, medical staffing organizations can manage their entire business - from recruiting and placement through payroll and billing - in one secure, online application.

"We will use RSS to help better organize our recruiting process," Scarlette said. RSS is Clearview's web-based software solution for recruiting and qualifying medical professionals. The software includes online employment application, skills checklist and competency testing features.

Prior to implementing TSS and RSS, Med National Staffing was using an in-house software product. Scarlette said the software was not meeting the needs of the firm and that is why they decided to look for an alternative solution.

"We did research online and found Clearview's web site," Scarlette said. "We chose Clearview because it was built for our industry."

"All of Clearview's products were built exclusively for the healthcare staffing industry," Wejrowski said. He added that the company invests both time and resources into working with customers to research the needs of the industry, and building products that meet those needs.
